Returns & Refunds Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods.
1. How to Return
To start a return, please contact us. If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on where to send your package.
Restocking Fee: Please note that all returns are subject to a restocking fee of 5% of the total order value, which will be deducted from your refund.
Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for the cost of returning items unless the goods are faulty or damaged.
Tracking: We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. If we don't receive your items, we will be unable to process your refund.
2. Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. In these instances, the restocking fee will be waived, and we will cover the return shipping costs.
3. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned:
Custom Products: Special orders or personalised items.
Hazardous Materials: Flammable liquids or gases.
Sale Items & Gift Cards: We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
4. Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Please note the standard restocking fee applies to the returned item.
5. Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
Approval: If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
Deductions: Your refund will be the total order value minus a 5% restocking fee.
Processing Time: Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return and you have not received your refund, please contact us.
